I've been fortunate to have traveled a great deal in my life, having spent years living and working in countries throughout Asia, Europe, and North Africa. Much of my free time was spent haunting art museums, antique shops, and mountaintop monasteries where I could appreciate the art of the world and make new friends. After years of adapting to foreign cultures, I enjoyed finally returning home to the little comforts I had left behind...like driving on the right side of the road, coffee refills, movies without subtitles, breakfast diners, dry martinis, and deep conversations. And after my return, I found that I had a little more sunlight in my life from having shared so much with others across the world.

We all need a little sunlight in our lives.
